Important information
All apartments can be occupied by two additional persons sleeping on the couch, for which a supplement is payable.
Extra persons:
Summer: 0-2 years free, 3-11 years € 25, from 12 years € 30
Winter: 0-2 years free, 3-11 years € 35, from 12 years € 55
The prices are per day per apartment, exclusive of local resort tax of € 2.60 per adult per day and final cleaning of € 95 to 155. The use of the underground parking area, the ski room and free internet access in each apartment is included in the price. All apartments are non-smoking. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. We also offer a bread delivery service for your breakfast.

Cancellation conditions due to COVID 19
More security and flexibility with the money back guarantee!
In the event of official closure of the accommodation facility, border closure in the destination or departure country as well as quarantine measures, you can postpone or cancel your booking at short notice free of charge.
- We can convert your deposit into a voucher which does not expire and can be redeemed at any time on an alternative date of your choice.
- The deposit can also be refunded upon request. We retain a processing fee of € 20.
If the above reasons do not apply, then the regular cancellation conditions of the ÖHV apply.
