- Payment: Friday 8.00 am – 10.00 am or Saturday 8.00 am – 10.00 am
- Tourist tax: € 3.70 per person
- Final cleaning: € 130.- to € 200.-

All flats can accommodate 2 additional guests by using the sofa bed. A surcharge applies for this:
Summer: 0–2 years free, 3–11 years € 25.-, 12 years and over € 30.-
Winter: 0–2 years free, 3–11 years € 35.-, 12 years and over € 55.- - The prices quoted are daily rates per holiday flat, excluding tourist tax
- Unfortunately, pets are not permitted
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation conditions apply in accordance with the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry):
- up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation
- up to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the total price*
- up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the total price*
- within the last week before arrival: 90 % of the total price*
*plus a € 20.- processing fee

What is included in the price of the holiday apartment?
The price includes use of the underground car park, the ski storage room, and free Wi-Fi in your holiday apartment.
Are there any additional costs besides the accommodation price?
Yes. In addition to the daily rate, the local tourist tax and the applicable final cleaning fee will be charged.
Can additional guests stay in the holiday apartment?
Yes. The apartments can accommodate up to two additional guests on the sofa bed. An extra charge applies depending on the guests’ age and the season.
Are pets allowed at Serfaus Mountain Lodge?
No, unfortunately pets are not permitted in the holiday apartments.
What cancellation conditions apply?
Cancellation is free of charge up to three months before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply depending on the time of cancellation, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry.
